The Brief
CL Johnson Welding is a custom welding and metal fabrication business based in Calgary. We were tasked with building a new website that utilizes their existing branding but reflected their evolving business model and showcased their three services: metal fabrication services, window well grates, and ultimate fence brackets.
Our Approach
After reviewing previous CL Johnson Welding promotional materials, we conducted a discovery call with the principals of the company. During this call, we discussed their goals, and the products and services they wished to emphasize moving forward. It was decided that their vast experience, and the breadth of services they offer would be top selling points.
We conducted an SEO study to determine which keywords to emphasize, and set about building the website.
The Result
The result is an attractive website with a clean design that clearly defines their breadth of services and products, while offering an intuitive user experience. Each of the three service pages feature readable copy, attractive portfolio photos, and point form selling features.
The CL Johnson Welding blog shares wisdom and attracts traffic, while customer testimonials reinforce service claims. Since CL Johnson Welding prefers to discuss orders over the phone, each page features their telephone number at the top of the page as well as call to actions to their contact page with an easy-to-use contact form.
